If your investment objectives change, you can modify your investment position by exchanging shares of one fund for shares, within the same class, in one or more of the Waddell & Reed Advisors Funds or Ivy Funds. An exchange represents a redemption of one fund and a purchase of another and, therefore, may result in a taxable gain or loss.

You can make exchanges by phone by speaking to a Client Services Representative at 1-888-923-3355 (WADDELL). Customer Service Representatives are available Monday through Friday 7:30 a.m. 7:00 p.m. CST.
You can exchange shares in your account by a request in writing, signed by all registered shareholders. In some instances, a signature guarantee may be required. The exchange will be effective the day we receive your request in good order by our home office. Send your request to Client Services, PO Box 29217, Shawnee Mission, KS 66201-9217. Please do not mail cash.
Funds Plus Systematic Exchange Service
Funds Plus is a service which provides automatic monthly, quarterly, semi-annual or annual investing either to or from Waddell & Reed Advisors Cash Management or Ivy Money Market Fund. This may be done to or from any other fund within the same class, either in the same account or in other accounts. You determine the day of the month the transaction will occur as well as the amount of the transaction.
Minimum Exchange Amount
For non-retirement accounts, the minimum exchange amount is $100, or $50 with accompanying Automatic Investment Service agreement of at least $25 per month, into a new fund or an existing fund with zero balance.
