When you don’t have the convenience of online access, you can still get account information by phone through our automated voice response system. Simply call 888-WADDELL (923-3355) for quick, convenient access to account information.

What can I do through this service?
By accessing the automated customer service system and entering a series of numerical codes on your touch-tone phone1, you can get:

  • Mutual fund share prices2 and money market fund yield information3
  • Your current share balances and account values
  • Recent tax information relating to your account
You may also:
  • Request copies of your most recent Year-to-Date Statement and Redemption Report.
  • Reorder checks (for eligible shareholders owning Class A shares of Waddell & Reed Advisors Cash Management, Waddell & Reed Advisors Government Securities Fund, Ivy Money Market Fund and Ivy Limited-Term Bond Fund4).
  • Change your personal identification (PIN) number. We will use the last four digits of your Social Security Number to establish your PIN. You may change your PIN at any time.
  • Transfer to a customer service representative by pressing “0” during normal business hours (8 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. CST)
