Choose An Advisor

One of the great benefits of investing with Waddell & Reed is the ability to manage your account through our online account management system. This section explains the various features offered within the system. Please note that due to the nature of certain account types, some of the functionality listed below may not be available.

Portfolio Summary
View a snapshot of all of your accounts.

Portfolio History
Request the history for all accounts within your portfolio for various time periods (for example, previous business day, previous seven days or previous 30 days).

Fund Detail
Access a summary of an individual fund or account, including account number, fund name, balance as-of date, share value, price (or Net Asset Value) and total account value.

Fund History
View the history of the fund or account, including transaction description, trade date, price of the transaction, dollar amount, number of shares and running share balance.

Download Account Data
Download Fund Histories for import into Quicken, Microsoft Money or Excel. Quicken 2004 and Microsoft Money 2006 and previous versions are currently supported. Effective with Quicken 2005, the format has changed. Unfortunately, we are unable to support this new format. However, we will continue to support all Quicken formats through 2004. We apologize for any inconvenience

Average Cost
View the average cost for a fund, i.e., or account, including last calculation date, cost basis amount, shares and cost per unit.

View Beneficiary
Access detailed information on your account beneficiaries.

View Pending And Canceled Trades
Review trades currently pending on your accounts and those that have been canceled or deleted from your account on a particular day.

View Dealer And Representative
View detailed information for the dealer or representative on your account. This information includes representative name, number, phone number and fax number, as well as dealer name, dealer branch and branch address.

Change Address
Change your address of record for your entire portfolio. Please note that confirmation statements will be sent to the old address.

Update Distribution Options
View or update current distribution options for your non-fiduciary accounts. You can elect to reinvest dividends and capital gains or select the cash option. When selecting to receive dividends and capital gains in cash, you must specify the proceeds be mailed to your address of record, sent by ACH to your bank or deposited to another fund and account.

Reorder Checkbook
Order new checkbooks for your accounts that allow check writing.

Duplicate Statements
Request a duplicate of your most recent year-to-date Investor statements. The statement will be sent to the address of record.

Duplicate Tax Forms
Order a duplicate of any tax form that had been generated for your account for the previous tax year and have it sent to your address of record. Tax forms available include: 1099B, 1099R, 1099DIV, 1099INT, 1099Q, 1042S and 5498.

TurboTax® and TurboTax for the WebSM
Ivy Funds shareholders who are registered for online account access now have the ability to download and import tax information directly into TurboTax.

The software includes the Instant Data Entry feature, which enables automated import of 1099-DIV, 1099-B and 1099-R tax data directly from Ivy Funds for your retirement and non-retirement accounts. Once imported, you can download this information directly into your TurboTax return.¹

Simply follow the instructions with your TurboTax product

Change PIN
Change your login personal identification number (PIN). Also offered is a Reset PIN option allowing you to establish a security question and answer. Once established, this information will help you to reset your account log in if you forget or accidentally suspend your PIN.
