Easy access to learning resources is vital. Waddell & Reed’s eLearn system
provides web access to a library of more than 500 self-paced courses and live
webinars. Learning paths direct you through a sequence of topics on financial,
investment, retirement and insurance planning and eLearn automatically tracks
your progress. eLearn also provides access to the regulatory mandated FINRA Firm
Element courses. The eLearn library is expanded and updated regularly to keep
pace with your learning needs.
Professional Designations
Increase your level of professional competency with designations. Waddell & Reed
offers financial support by providing reimbursement up to 100 percent based on
qualification levels for certain professional designations, such as CMFC®, CFP®
and ChFC®.
Securities Registrations and Continuing Eduction (CE) Resources
Waddell & Reed has partnered with several vendors to offer discounts on study
and exam preparation materials. Additionally, you’ll have access to a library of
courses that provides CE towards designations such as CMFC, CFP, ChFC and CLU.
We also provide FINRA CE and financial support for third party CE courses based
